Addiction & Detox Care

Thoughtfully Integrated, Medically Supported

At Home-LA, we take an individualized, whole-person approach to addiction and recovery.

Care begins with understanding you — your history, what you’ve tried, what has or hasn’t worked, and what feels possible now. From there, we develop a personalized plan that supports both immediate needs and long-term change.

We look beyond substance use alone, exploring the underlying patterns, emotional landscape, and nervous system dynamics that shape behavior — creating space for meaningful, lasting shifts.

Outpatient Medical Detox (When Appropriate)

In certain cases, we are able to offer medically supervised detox in an outpatient setting — something that is both rare and highly specialized.

For individuals who meet clinical criteria, detox from alcohol or opioids can be safely supported at home with:

  • Careful medical oversight
  • Structured medication protocols
  • Daily check-ins and monitoring
  • A reliable support system in place

This approach allows some clients to move through early withdrawal in a more private, comfortable, and supported environment, without requiring inpatient admission.

Safety is always our first priority.
If a higher level of care is needed, we guide you toward the appropriate setting and remain involved in your care.

A Connected Continuum of Care

Detox is only one part of the process.

We work with you to build a broader recovery plan that may include:

  • Ongoing psychotherapy
  • Medication management or relapse prevention support
  • Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (when appropriate)
  • Coordination with detox programs, residential treatment, or sober living
  • Integration of mind–body and holistic approaches

Our goal is to support not just stabilization, but sustainable change over time.

A Grounded, Nonjudgmental Approach

We understand that reaching out for support can feel complex.

Our work is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your pace — meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
