Yoshi Blakeney DACCHM

Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine

Yoshi Blakeney offers body-based care rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, helping clients regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and support the body’s natural capacity for healing.

Much of the work happening at Home-LA -psychotherapy, trauma treatment, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy- asks the nervous system to soften long-held defenses and begin creating new patterns of responding. Yoshi’s work helps the body participate in that process.

Using Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, Tui Na, Qigong, and other traditional healing practices, she listens for the ways stress, trauma, and emotional experiences are being carried within the body. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, her approach supports the body’s underlying systems-helping restore flow, regulation, and resilience.

Clients often notice improved sleep, reduced physical tension, a greater sense of calm, and an increase capacity to process emotions with less effort. As the body becomes more regulated, the insights gained through psychotherapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy often become easier to integrate into daily life.

Yoshi’s work is both intuitive and deeply grounded in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As am integral member of Home-LA team, she collaborates closely with our psychiatrists, therapists, and ketamine clinicians, offering an important bridge between emotional insight and embodied healing.
