Eva Altobelli, MD

Dr. Altobelli is the founder of Home-LA, a multidisciplinary mental health center dedicated to whole-person, relational care. With over 25 years of clinical experience, her work focuses on trauma, addiction, and complex emotional conditions, with an emphasis on depth, safety, and long-term change.

Her approach integrates psychiatry with psychotherapy and emerging treatments, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, within a carefully guided therapeutic process. She is particularly attuned to how early experiences, relational dynamics, and neurobiology shape mental health over time.
