Yoshi Blakeney
Mind-Body Integration Specialist
Yoshi Blakeney is a passionate energy therapist and advocate for holistic wellness, specializing in mind-body integration. She is completing her doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), herbal medicine, and acupuncture. She specializes in a unique approach that bridges Eastern energy medicine with principles of mechanical energy.
In her treatments, Yoshi works with the body as a dynamic system—one that stores, transforms, and circulates energy, much like a physical machine or a natural force. Just as a mechanical system depends on a balance between potential energy (what’s stored) and kinetic energy (what’s moving), she sees the human body as holding its own energetic blueprint—what Chinese medicine refers to as Qi. When Qi is flowing freely, a person experiences resilience, emotional clarity, and physical vitality. But when it becomes stuck, overactive, or depleted, it can manifest as pain, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from oneself.
To support this work, Yoshi integrates body-based modalities that engage both the physical and energetic systems in tandem:
She uses Tai Chi and Qigong to restore rhythmic motion and fluid coordination—practices that synchronize breath, intention, and posture to promote balance and flow throughout the body.
Tui Na, a form of therapeutic bodywork rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, allows her to apply pressure and manipulation that effectively “tunes” the body’s fascia and energetic currents, encouraging release and realignment.
Through cupping, she adjusts muscular and energetic tension much like recalibrating pressure in a sealed system—lifting and decompressing areas where Qi has become stagnant or restricted.
With Gua Sha, she clears surface-level blockages by drawing out built-up heat or tension, similar to releasing friction in an overworked machine—restoring movement and relieving discomfort.
Each technique is selected based on the individual’s current “energetic mechanics.” Yoshi works collaboratively with her clients to map where the system may be holding tension, leaking energy, or caught cycling through outdated emotional loops. Yoshi creates a grounded, nurturing space where individuals can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin moving in harmony with their own innate design.
For those ready to explore healing through the lens of energetic mechanics, Yoshi offers an approach that is both deeply intuitive and structurally informed.

Drawing from her experience, Anna views the body as a map that reflects current influences, tendencies, and attractors in the client’s life.
Anna’s primary goal is to facilitate the elevation of the client’s vibration by removing energetic blockages, enabling them to embody the next level of their personal evolution. Additionally, she provides support in rebalancing biomechanics and addressing physical injuries and chronic pain.
